Do you carry any stock items?

We do not carry stock items because we are a custom made-to-order foam manufacturer. We focus on providing customers with sizes and materials that fit their exact needs.

What if I need samples?

We typically like to obtain specific details about your project, then send you samples to test.

How do I place an order?

We are very flexible with how we accept orders. You may issue a purchase order if desired and can contact us via phone, e-mail, or fax.  Every time you order, we will send a confirmation e-mail stating your order was received and is processing.  Tracking information is available upon request.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. On non-laminated materials (i.e. foam pouches), we have a $200 minimum order with a per piece minimum of 50. For laminated materials (i.e. insulated pouches, insulated box liners, insulated rolls, insulated pallet covers, padded envelopes, etc.), the minimum order is $300.

What is your shipping policy?

For orders under pallet size, we ship via FedEx Ground. Faster FedEx methods (i.e. 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight) are available upon special request. We can also ship on your FedEx account, if desired. We do not ship via UPS or on a customer’s UPS account.

For orders that are pallet size, we use various freight trucking companies. Because we ship so often, we receive discounts from our carriers. As expected, larger size orders (i.e. pallet and truckload size) get the best shipping rates.

Shipping fees are passed on to the customer and are never uplifted.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our lead time varies depending on the material and quantity. Due to consistent high order volume, our insulated and laminated products typically require a two week lead time, plus transit time.

Orders for non-laminated foam pouches less than 10,000 pieces are produced within one to five business days, plus transit time.

Orders for non-insulated foam pouches over 10,000 pieces may require two weeks, plus transit time.

We work to ship all orders out as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are custom made and fitted to our customers’ needs, we cannot accept returns.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in our Colorado facility.

Where do your raw materials come from?

All of our materials are sourced from companies within the United States.
